iPhone 5 release date

We’re all anxiously, nervously and impatiently awaiting the announcement of the iPhone 5 release date. But I think we’re all in agreement now that we won’t be seeing one until at least the middle portion of 2012. And it may even be announced at the Worldwide Developer Event in June. There’s been a lot of speculation surrounding the release of Apple’s 5th generation smartphone, with the most common rumors having to do with the release date, form, design and of course specs and features.
In terms of design and features, rumors have been about everything from a larger screen (Between 4 and 5 inches is the most popular), an A6 quad-core processor and 4G/LTE Technology. This feature would allow for faster speed and capacity in communicating cell phone data wirelessly. Esssentially allowing you to transfer voice and video files faster around the globe.
Moreover, the iPhone 5 is said to be the very first Worldphone which is made possible by the 3 antennas that it will reportedly have as well as the CDMA and GSM features that’ll allow for easier switching between carriers no matter where the user is located.
All other speculations about the iPhone 5′s features include the possibility of habing the NFC or near-field communication technology that will function like a credit or debit card. Some reports are also claiming that the phone will support 1080p HD videos and will also come equipped with an 8-megapixel camera and powerful CMOS sensors that will be provided by Sony. As far as price, rumors are saying that the phone could see a higher pricepoint in throughout Europe as compared to the iPhone 4.
And finally, in other recent reports there have been claims made saying that the iCloud and iOS 5 will be launched alongside the release of the iPhone 5. Which, if this happens, will be incredibly advantageous to the iPhone user because iOS updates can be done simply by downloading them right to the device.j
Regardless of what the iPhone 5 looks like or doesn’t look like, includes or doesn’t include, we’re all excited to see what Apple’s going to bring to the table this time around.
